Privacy policy
This policy explains what data we process, why we process it and which rights are available to people using aqmis.pl.
Data controller

Contact form and enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we process the name, company, email address, optional phone number and information about the process, tools, timing, budget and preferred meeting time that you provide. We use it solely to answer, assess possible cooperation and take steps before a potential contract. Providing data is voluntary, but required fields are necessary to reply.
Retention
We retain enquiry data while the conversation is active and no longer than necessary to close it, followed by the period needed to establish, pursue or defend potential claims. If the conversation leads to a contract, further retention follows the project documentation and applicable legal duties.
Recipients and hosting
Data may be processed by providers of hosting, email, technical maintenance and tools needed to operate the website, only to the extent necessary for those services. We do not sell personal data and never send form content to analytics providers.
Analytics and your choice
Plausible and Google Analytics 4 load only when configured and after the visitor accepts analytics in the privacy settings. Consent can be refused or changed. Analytics events contain no name, company, email address, phone number or form content.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw analytics consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Send requests to helo@aqmis.pl.
Security and updates
We use technical safeguards intended to limit spam, unauthorised access and accidental disclosure. This policy may be updated when website functions or providers change; the current version is published on this page.
